One of the two Strojmontage project towers
rises 380 metres into the sky, making it the tallest structure in the
new central Moscow commercial centre (MMDZ) by the Moscow River, with
2.5 million m2 of office, hotel, trades and recreation space. The
intention is to provide 24,000 m2 of office space.
The base storey offers space for conference rooms, catering, shops and
leisure facilities. The neighbouring tower is 190 metres high, and
intended to accommodate an apartment hotel. Panoramic lifts will take
the public up to sky bars and restaurants in the top floors of the two
towers, opening up a view over Moscow. The three-sided floor plan of
the towers means that they will not impair each other. The shimmering
blue façade expresses the project's exclusivity and special position
within the MMDZ projects as a whole. |
